Franz Hardy Selected to Co-Chair 2012 Seminar for ABA Section of Litigation Committee on Corporate Counsel

Denver Partner Franz Hardy has been selected as Co-Chair for the 2012 Seminar provided by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation Committee on Corporate Counsel, which will take place February 16-19 in Carlsbad, California.

The annual CLE seminar presents two seminal programs: the General Counsel Forum and the Litigation Roundtable. At the General Counsel Forum, general counsel share issues and concerns, explore innovative methods for controlling costs and risks, and discuss expectations and relationships with outside counsel. The Litigation Roundtable provides an opportunity for in-house and outside counsel to interact and brainstorm about best practices and how they can work together in the most mutually beneficial manner. In addition to the two main programs, the seminar offers several other sessions to address the most recent issues in corporate law and explain the impact of those developments.
