Mr. Willenburg is chair of the amicus briefs committee of this organization, and has authored multiple amicus briefs and other filings in support of defense positions over the past few years.
Mr. Willenburg also moderated a panel earlier this month on appellate e-filing in California’s First District Court of Appeal. The panel included both a First District justice and the District’s clerk/administrator.
