On Sept. 17, San Francisco partner Kai Peters participated in a panel discussion, titled “Top Cases of 2012 and 2013: The Changing Legal Environment” at the annual Food and Drug Law Institute’s Advertising and Promotion Conference in Washington D.C. Peters was joined by Freddy Jimenez (Assistant General Counsel at Johnson & Johnson), Richard Samp (Chief Counsel at Washington Legal Foundation), and Ralph Hall (Professor at the University of Minnesota) as they examined recent legal decisions involving marketing regulation issues and enforcement for drug and medical devices. The panel was moderated by Emalee Murphy (Of Counsel at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP).

Other topics include, FDA compliance, and policy and legal issues.
