Gordon & Rees partner Andrew D. Castricone will speak at the Heffernan Group’s fourth annual Business Leaders’ Forum. Castricone, head of Gordon & Rees’s national Privacy & Data Security Practice Group, will participate on a panel titled “Cyber & Privacy Risk.”
The forum will be held March 4 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. Castricone will be joined by privacy risk management professionals, underwriters and brokers specializing in cyber-risk assessment and cyber-specific insurance products.
In addition to the Privacy & Data Security Practice Group, Castricone is a member of Gordon & Rees’s Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Professional Liability Practice Groups. As a trial lawyer, he has substantial experience litigating complex matters in state and federal courts. Castricone manages a dynamic caseload that includes privacy, intellectual property, and copyright and trademark infringement matters and he handles a variety of business disputes, ranging from individuals with a contractual disagreement to class actions with multimillion-dollar claims.
