Gordon & Rees San Francisco senior counsel Marie Trimble Holvick will be a co-speaker on the topic of “Discovery in Individual Employment Cases: Smarter Not Harder” presented by the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Barristers Club on Wednesday, September 9.
The approved one hour MCLE program will discuss strategies to avoid wasting time, resources, and emotional energy while conducting discovery. The panel will assume some familiarity with the basic discovery devices and will focus on higher level discovery strategy.
