Gordon & Rees Denver partner Laurie J. Rust will lead a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) lecture on equal pay claims on April 20, 2016 as part of the Colorado Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section’s Annual Conference. Rust’s presentation will discuss developments under the Equal Pay Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and how attendees can prepare their client to avoid litigation and to prevail on claims that may arise.
Rust is vice-chair of the firm’s Hospitality practice group and a member of the firm’s Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
