On February 23, 2016, Austin partner Jeff Lilly will moderate a panel discussion as part of the IADC 2016 Midyear Meeting.
The presentation titled, "What Practitioners Need to Know About the New Scope of Discovery and How to Avoid Spoliation Sanctions," will discuss the new amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, made effective December 1, 2015, and how attendees can navigate through the new rules and prepare themselves and their clients to prevail on issues that may arise.
Lilly is co-chair of the firm's E-Discovery practice group and is a member of the firm’s Drug & Medical Device and Tort & Product Liability practice groups.
