San Francisco partner Marie Trimble Holvick will join a three-person panel to present a discussion on "Avoiding Costly Litigation" at the Golden Gate Restaurant Association's annual Industry Conference, April 10-11, 2017. The event will be hosted at San Francisco's iconic Bently Reserve, a prominent landmark in the city's financial district.
Holvick will join Deisy Bach from HR Ideas, and Andrew Rush from Back of the House Restaurant Group, which operates several acclaimed San Francisco restaurants including Belga, Lolinda, Delarosa, Beretta, the Bird, Uno Dos Tacos, Starbelly, and El Techo. The panel discussion will focus on the rise in lawsuits against restaurants in the last year. The panelists will explore topics related to best practices in following employment laws, providing training, and avoiding costly litigation.
