Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Construction Partner Brenda Radmacher will present "Navigating the New Wave of Construction Technology: How to Overcome Implementation Barriers" on PlanGrid's Construction Cloud Webinar on June 21, 2018.  Joining Radmacher in delivering this webinar presentation is Ryan Price, Engagement Manager for Construction McKinsey & Company and Tannis Liviniuk, CEO of Pull Plan. This webinar will be the Construction Cloud's second webinar which features industry experts discussing new data on where innovation is shifting in construction and the cultural changes firms must embrace to capture its impact.

Radmacher's presentation will delve into the construction technology landscape which is evolving faster than ever before. She will examine how technology is impacting engineering and construction companies and how they are keeping up with the pace of innovation while simultaneously understanding how to select and implement the right technology for their teams. Radmacher will focus on how to develop or augment procedures and gain buy-in from stakeholders during new technology implementation. She will also provide tips for understanding and abiding by legal requirements to ensure compliant technology implementation.

Brenda Radmacher practice emphasizes resolving complex construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, and, when necessary, arbitration and litigation, on projects in California, nationwide, and internationally. She frequently addresses claims involving breach of contract, construction and design defects, liens, delays and impacts, construction defects, bonds and insurance issues (including among others, general liability, builder’s risk, professional liability and subcontractor default insurance), and represents many of the nation’s largest contractors and developers in the commercial, multifamily, and residential markets. She has substantial experience in building envelope, water infiltration and mold-related claims, having counseled clients with respect to hundreds of such matters. Ms. Radmacher has defended all types of cases including mass actions and class action claims, defending residential homebuilders, commercial contractors, and design professionals.
