Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Retail & Hospitality Practice Group Leader and Phoenix Co-Managing Partner Leon Silver will moderate a three-person panel discussion titled "Transgender Bathrooms: Where Can We Go Wrong?" at the 2018 DRI Retail and Hospitality Litigation Seminar being held May 3 & 4, in Chicago, Illinois.
The panel will discuss how current legislation is driving their decision on implementation of policies regarding transgender customers and where the issue is headed. Panelists are Katina Thornock, Director, Corporate Counsel, Litigation at Starbucks Coffee Company, Kristen Wilson Director and Senior Corporate Counsel for Nordstrom, Inc., and Christopher Clark, the Midwest Regional Director and National Pro Bono Director for Lambda Legal.
