Allyson Avila Featured Presenter on Restrictions in Physician Advertising at The Aesthetic Show in Las Vegas

Litigation Partner Allyson Avila will be a featured presenter at The Aesthetic Show - Where Science Meets Beauty held at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas, July 11-14, 2019.  Avila will present "Advertising Restrictions for Physicians - What You Need to Know to Avoid Unprofessional Conduct or Potential FTC Violations," during a three-person discussion on issues relating to "The Legal Structure of an Aesthetic Practice" on Saturday, July 13, 2019.  

Avila is one of only a few attorneys in the nation who has intimate knowledge of the aesthetic industry and the nuances of medical spa formation, licensing, and compliance with state and federal laws. Avila and her team deliver added value to clients by regularly visiting their facilities and presenting educational and risk management programs.
