Adelle Greenfield is an Associate in the ERISA, Insurance, and Life, Health & Disability practice groups. Ms. Greenfield represents health insurers, managed care entities, employee benefit plan sponsors, and third party claims administrators in health care and employee benefit litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Greenfield defends claims asserted by benefit plan members and health care providers.
Ms. Greenfield’s practice focuses primarily on the following areas:
Defending ERISA claims for health and disability benefits
Litigating contractual and extra-contractual disputes with providers
Briefing ERISA matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
Ms. Greenfield began her career as a paralegal in the Seattle office of Gordon & Rees. While in law school, Ms. Greenfield won recognition for her writing in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and earned high honors grades in her Pretrial Advocacy and Advanced Legal Writing courses.
