Alexandra (Lexi) Louderback is an associate in the Sacramento office of Gordon & Rees. Her practice focuses on business and employment litigation in both federal and state courts. Ms. Louderback defends and counsels employers in all phases of employment litigation including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and whistleblower claims, and alleged wage and hour violations. Additionally, Ms. Louderback’s practice includes representing her clients in disputes arising out of commercial contracts, intellectual property, and employee mobility matters.
While in law school, Ms. Louderback interned for the United States Attorney's Office in San Jose and served as a certified law clerk for a plaintiff's employment firm for two years. Prior to law school, Ms. Louderback worked as an HR Management Consultant advising management teams on a variety of complicated workplace issues, including terminations, wage and hour laws, and complaint investigations.
