As an associate of the Product & General Liability, Business Transactions, and Entertainment & Recreation Law practice groups, Ms. Wells enjoys the wide variety of topics she has been afforded an opportunity to assist.

Her experience includes representation of municipalities involved in automobile accidents as well as premises defect claims. She has also assisted in the defense of municipalities and their respective personnel in civil rights claims.

Ms. Wells has a strong interest and knack for commercial matters as well as the entertainment and athletic industries through her efforts in assisting in the representation of client within those respective industries. Ms. Wells has represented clients in matters related to contractual agreements as well as unfair competition disputes. She has also been afforded the opportunity to expand her interest in the intellectual property practice area in her representation efforts in a trade secrets matter.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wells served as the first federal judicial intern for the Honorable Alfred H. Bennett of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. 

When she is not in the office or supporting her beloved Texas Longhorns, Ms. Wells enjoys volunteering with Dress for Success Houston, the Harris County Houston Sports Authority and the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation.
