Andrew J. Deddeh is an associate in the San Diego office of Gordon & Rees. Mr. Deddeh represents businesses and management in employment and labor disputes as well as general business law matters. He represents businesses in wage-hour class action litigation, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act, administrative investigations, and individual claims. Mr. Deddeh represents clients in wage and hour class actions often involving claims of unpaid minimum wages, overtime, missed meal and rest breaks and failure to reimburse expenses.
In addition to general wage and hour disputes, Mr. Deddeh also has experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, employee classification issues, retaliation, breach of contract and other related employment matters. He has varied and extensive experience in all phases of litigation.
Mr. Deddeh regularly provides counseling to employers on a variety of personnel issues, including classification, overtime compensation, policies and procedures, hiring, termination, leaves and preventative measures.
