Anna Reinert is an associate in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the Employment Law practice group. She represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in matters involving alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the Colorado Wage Act, and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA). Ms. Reinert counsels clients to reach positive outcomes in court, administrative proceedings and mediation. She uses her extensive regulatory experience to assist clients in the development of policies and procedures that follow compliance principles, reduce fraud and abuse, and promote client objectives.
Ms. Reinert also has experience in cases involving real estate, construction, and school, criminal and juvenile law. Ms. Reinert has significant experience handling cases from their inception through appeal.
U.S. Court of Appeals, Circuit
Ms. Reinert currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center. Prior to joining the board, Ms. Reinert worked as a supervising attorney at the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center where she represented hundreds of children in state juvenile and criminal matters throughout Colorado, and supervised other practicing attorneys.
Ms. Reinert also served as the Co-Executive Director of the Denver Chapter of StandUp for Kids.
