Bradley M. Tanner is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. Mr. Tanner has in-depth experience advising automotive manufacturers and dealerships on product liability, catastrophic injuries, and warranty defense, including warranty and product defect claims and related litigation. Mr. Tanner’s litigation experience includes proficiency in discovery preparation, depositions, law and motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial experience as second chair in several consumer warranty matters.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Tanner was a litigation associate at national products liability defense firms in San Francisco and San Jose. While there, his practice included work in product liability and class action litigation. In particular, he assisted in defending several of the world's largest auto manufacturers in products liability actions including large scale multi-district litigation.
Mr. Tanner received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and received his bachelor's degree from Northwood University. While attending law school, Mr. Tanner worked as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and was a summer associate at a national product liability law firm.
