Briana M. Pendergrass is an attorney in the Commercial Litigation and Employment practice groups at Gordon & Rees. She handles a wide variety of litigation matters at both the state and federal level and her areas of expertise include complex commercial disputes, employment practices liability, products liability, premises liability, and professional liability. 
 
Her practice also includes representing businesses, public entities, and individuals in a variety of tort actions ranging from negligence to defamation.
 
Ms. Pendergrass received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego. During law school, she was active in child advocacy, conflict resolution, and providing pro bono legal services. Before joining the firm, she clerked at a local pro bono legal clinic and Superior Court self-help center before practicing as a litigation associate at several well-known regional firms.
