Brittany Faulkner is an Associate in the Seattle office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Construction practice group. Her practice focuses on complex litigation involving commercial construction projects, infrastructure, and public utilities. Ms. Faulkner has experience representing the interests of clients with pre-litigation investigation, case analysis, discovery, and motion practice.
Ms. Faulkner received her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Creighton Law Review. Ms. Faulkner was also a National Moot Court Regional Champion, and received a litigation concentration certificate.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Faulkner served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps where she gained regulatory, trial, and litigation experience. Ms. Faulkner served in a variety of roles including Trial Counsel and Attorney-Advisor at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, and as a National Security Counsel in Bagram, Afghanistan.
