Brittney B. Rykovich is Of Counsel in the Indianapolis office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.
Prior to joining Gordon and Rees, Ms. Rykovich spent seven years in Chicago representing corporations, financial institutions and mortgage lenders in complex real estate litigation, which included assisting in the recovery of the largest indemnity Fund Judgment Award in the State of Illinois.
Ms. Rykovich is a skilled litigator with experience at both the state and appellate court level. In addition to real estate litigation, Ms. Rykovich has a wide range of experience in civil litigation including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and RESPA claims.
Ms. Rykovich received her B.A. from the University of Iowa in 2006 and her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2009. She has served as the chair of the Chicago Bar Association Real Estate Taxation Tax Deed/Tax Sale Subcommittee and a Young Associate Board Member of Almost Home Kids, a transitional care home for children with complicated health needs.
