Candice Cho is a litigation associate at the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees, focusing her practice on products liability and commercial litigation. Specifically, Ms. Cho defends aviation actions as well as manufacturers in wrongful death and personal injury actions involving claims of product defects and negligence. Ms. Cho also represents corporations in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets. As part of her practice, Ms. Cho has experience in pre-trial motions, discovery preparation, depositions, and dispositive motions.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Cho represented small to mid-size businesses in all aspects of business litigation in federal and state courts, and successfully second-chaired a jury trial that resulted in the dismissal of a multimillion-dollar claim against her clients.
While attending the UCLA School of Law, Ms. Cho was Chief Managing Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal, one of two journals in the United States focused exclusively on the legal, social, and political issues affecting Asian Pacific American communities. She was also a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and handled felony preliminary hearings.
