Christina Magulick maintains a diverse practice in civil litigation, with focuses on defending healthcare providers in the long-term care and personal care home settings, as well as litigating all stages of a workers’ compensation case. She has past experience defending FDCPA and TCPA cases, employment cases, as well as litigating complex commercial cases in Bankruptcy Court. In all cases, she works with clients to help them attain their desired result.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, she worked in a small criminal defense firm. She had law school internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, a medium-sized German law firm in Frankfurt and at a local health care organization in Risk Management.
Outside of her professional practice, she co-founded a 501(c)(3), the Miracle League of Moon Township, which is building a Miracle League complex, including an athletic field, playground and ADA accessible restroom facility in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.
