Christopher A. Noel’s practice focuses on appeals and complex litigation through trial in state, federal and administrative courts. He presently works on a team specializing in “bet-the-company” litigation and matters involving issues of first impression. Mr. Noel also advises business owners and executives on corporate matters, with a particular focus on startup ventures and closely held businesses. His clients range from high-net-worth individuals and family-owned businesses to Fortune 50-ranked global corporations.
A sixth-generation Florida native, Mr. Noel attended the University of Miami where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees. While in law school, he served as the executive editor of the Inter-American Law Review and interned with the Honorable Leslie B. Rothenberg at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Noel worked in the field of international relations, focusing on the United States’ foreign policy concerning the Western Hemisphere. He currently serves as a member of the University of Miami Young Alumni Leadership Council, a select national group of young alumni leaders, and is an active member of several philanthropic and cultural institutions in South Florida.
