Mr. Brodrick has diverse experience defending companies and individuals alike, primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, medical malpractice, maritime/admiralty, and personal injury in a variety of venues and jurisdictions.  He handles claims in federal and state courts across Texas and before government agencies at all levels, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Medical Board, and Texas Nursing Board.
