Dan Dressman is an associate in the firm's employment practice group. Mr. Dressman’s practice focuses on defending employers against discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract and wage and hour class action violations. Mr. Dressman also represents clients in product liability lawsuits for personal injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Dressman has extensive discovery and law and motion experience. Mr. Dressman has prevailed on numerous discovery and dispositive motions on a broad range of litigation issues for clients in employment and product liability matters.
Prior to joining Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, Mr. Dressman worked as a research attorney in the Law and Motion Department for the Superior Court of San Francisco.
While in law school, Mr. Dressman was awarded the Academic Excellence Award for Civil Litigation. He competed in five national mock trial and moot court competitions. Mr. Dressman was awarded the post-graduate Judge Lee Baxter Fellowship in Litigation, where he taught litigation skills to law students and coached two teams in national mock trial competitions.
Mr. Dressman obtained his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he played outfield on the Fighting Irish’s NCAA Division I nationally ranked baseball team. He was named Senior Captain and earned four varsity letters.
