Debbie Kim is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Employment Law practice group.

Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Kim has represented employers, insurance companies, and corporations in a wide range of matters, including workers’ compensation, product liability, general liability, personal injury, and labor and employment. She has extensive experience negotiating settlements and has obtained favorable results as lead attorney in bench trials and arbitration.

During law school, Ms. Kim was a managing and technical editor of the Global Business and Development Law Journal. She also gained labor and employment litigation experience as a law clerk at a Los Angeles plaintiffs’ law firm and as a law student extern in the Civil Division of the California Attorney General’s Office.
