Deborah Cote is an associate in the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group in the Gordon & Rees San Francisco office. For the past 13 years, Ms. Cote managed a substantial toxic tort and environmental law litigation caseload defending product manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, premises owners and fiber suppliers.
Prior to that, Ms. Cote handled first and third-party insurance defense litigation including premises liability, accountant professional liability and employment law. Prior to her private sector work, Ms. Cote was an Assistant District Attorney for six years and clerked at the California Supreme Court, Criminal Central Staff for a year after law school.
