Delaney M. Busch is an associate with the Insurance and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups in the Hartford office of Gordon & Rees. During law school, Ms. Busch worked as a judicial intern to an associate justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She also spent a year as both a student prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Dorchester, MA and as a law clerk for a prominent regional litigation firm in Boston before joining Gordon & Rees in the fall of 2014.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Busch earned her B.A. in Political Science and History at the University of Vermont, as well as her J.D., cum laude, at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. During law school, she was a member and the managing editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, and was a criminal law teaching assistant for the Honorable John Greaney (Ret.). Ms. Busch also completed a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy, with honors, through the completion of numerous courses and the drafting of a significant appellate brief.
