Emily Harvin is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the firm’s Employment practice group. Ms. Harvin’s practice focuses primarily on the defense of employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, breach of employment contract, defamation and invasion of privacy. She also regularly counsels employers on litigation avoidance practices as well as day-to-day employment-related issues. Ms. Harvin practices in both state and federal court and has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation from inception through trial. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Harvin gained significant experience in the areas of products liability and commercial litigation.
