Ephraim “Ryan” Botwinick is an Associate in the New York office of GRSM and a member of the Products & General Liability practice group. Ryan’s practice involves the litigation of complex products liability and commercial actions in federal and state courts throughout the U.S.
He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. During law school, he participated in Cardozo’s Civil Litigation Clinic, Cardozo’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and interned at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. 
 
Prior to joining GRSM, Ryan worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. There, he successfully prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, including robberies, assaults and burglaries.
