Liz E. Drumm is a Senior Counsel in the Dallas office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. Through her diverse practice, Liz handles a wide variety of litigation matters for clients across the country at both the state and federal level. Liz’s labor and employment litigation practice includes the representation of employers in disputes before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, Department of Labor and state and federal courts, involving claims brought under Title VII, the FLSA, the ADA, the ADEA, Chapter 451 of the Texas Labor Code, Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code, as well as other employment-related torts. She aggressively advocates for her clients’ interests and has achieved dispositive motion awards, successfully briefed and argued appeals before the 5th District Texas Court of Appeals and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and negotiated countless favorable settlements for her clients. Prior to joining GRSM, Liz specialized in healthcare litigation representing various health providers including hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and doctors in malpractice, wrongful death, declaratory judgments and premises liability disputes.

Liz is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. During her time in law school, Liz developed her advocacy skills as Chief Student Counsel of the SMU’s Civil Clinic. After graduating from law school, Liz worked as law clerk for the Civil Litigation Fraud Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., assisting in a large scale investigation into a Fortune 100 company under the FIRREA statute.
