Gregory Brescia is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property prosecution and litigation, with a particular concentration on trademark, design and utility patents, and copyright matters. Mr. Brescia devises and implements world-wide patent and trademark expansion, enforcement, and maintenance strategies and techniques for his clients. Mr. Brescia also has experience handling Internet law issues, such as Internet trademark and copyright infringement, Internet defamation and false advertising, website agreements, and information privacy and security disputes.
In addition to his Intellectual Property practice, Mr. Brescia represents buyers and sellers in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and counsels clients on corporate formations.
