Gregory Brescia is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property prosecution and litigation, with a particular concentration on trademark, design and utility patents, and copyright matters. Gregory devises and implements world-wide patent and trademark expansion and enforcement strategies for his clients. He also has experience handling Internet law issues, such as Internet trademark and copyright infringement, Internet defamation and false advertising, website agreements, and information privacy and security disputes.

In addition to his Intellectual Property practice, Gregory represents buyers and sellers in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and counsels clients in the aesthetic industry on compliance, licensing and formation related issues. Covering all bases, Gregory collaborates with other GRSM attorneys who operate at the intersection of corporate law, state-of-the-art science and regulatory experience. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel for clients as diverse as tech startups to multi-national universities. Gregory is also a member of the Cannabis, Hemp & CBD practice group. Since joining GRSM, he has displayed his versatility as a lawyer through his success in advocating and defending high exposure equipment defect, premises liability and general liability claims. Gregory uses the considerable resources of GRSM to enhance the services he offers, from intellectual property to commercial litigation matters.

Gregory and his team provide unique services to their clients by remaining closely involved in the day-to-day business operations, decisions and risk management activities. He is a frequent lecturer at conferences ranging from consumer products to local trademark organizations on the topics of brand development, expansion and enforcement strategies.
