Mr. Sirlin handles the diverse needs of his business clients in both counseling and complex, multi-party matters such as, errors and omissions in design, construction, and manufacturing, breach of contract claims, and misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, franchising, copyright, trademark and patent infringement actions . Mr. Sirlin also counsels clients on a variety of matters, including contract review and negotiations.
Mr. Sirlin's litigation practice for clients in the construction industry includes class actions and consolidated, multi-party, complex litigation in matters involving defects, delay/impact, cost overruns, landslide/slope failures as well as "sick building” and mold claims. His experience covers all forms of commercial, residential, industrial and public works/infrastructure projects for developers, designers, contractors and property managers.
Mr. Sirlin has extensive experience in resolving issues prior to litigation and in alternative dispute resolution. He has experience at both the state and federal court levels and makes extensive use of all forms of alternative dispute resolution options, in order to bring about positive results in the most cost-effective manner possible.
