Hayley A. McElhinney is an Associate in the Houston office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Business Transactions practice group. Ms. McElhinney has served clients ranging in size from partnerships to multi-million dollar corporations.
 
Ms. McElhinney’s practice includes representation of business entities and individuals in an array of transactional matters. In her five years of practice, Ms. McElhinney has formed countless business entities, helped clients respond to SEC document subpoenas and Writs of Garnishment, and advised a large national insurance company on numerous corporate governance decisions. Ms. McElhinney has drafted share and asset purchase agreements for both buyer and seller clients. Ms. McElhinney’s representation of corporate clients ranges from drafting Board minutes and resolutions to reviewing contracts and assisting in transitioning internal corporate policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with current federal law and developing the implementation phase of those policies.
 
Ms. McElhinney’s practice focuses on commercial transactions and counseling her clients on any issues related to general corporate law.
