Jacob Goodelman is an associate in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the complex commercial litigation, construction, and energy practice groups. Mr. Goodelman represents large and small businesses, construction professionals, and energy companies on a variety of matters.
Mr. Goodelman has a broad range of litigation experience. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Goodelman served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston where he litigated matters in Superior Court, Housing Court, and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Goodelman has extensive trial experience and has successfully obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts.
Mr. Goodelman received his B.A from Providence College and his J.D. cum laude from New England Law | Boston. At Providence College, Mr. Goodelman captained Providence’s Division 1 lacrosse team. While in law school, Mr. Goodelman twice received the New England Scholar Award given to students finishing in the top 10% of their class during an academic year. Additionally, Mr. Goodelman served as the communications editor on the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.
