Jake Krall is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Employment practice group. His practice encompasses the defense of employers and management against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour violations before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Krall is experienced in both individual and class claims as well as PAGA actions. Mr. Krall also counsels management on a variety of state and federal compliance matters, including hiring, accommodation, and termination decisions.
Mr. Krall received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, he completed summer externships with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the Office of the United States Trustee. He holds a B.A., cum laude, from UCLA in American Literature, where he was a member of the College Honors Program and received Phi Beta Kappa honors.
