Jaimie Buchbinder is an associate in Gordon & Rees’ Oakland office and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Buchbinder gained extensive experience through externships at the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. She also served as an Articles Editor for the American University Business Law Review, a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, and a two-year research assistant for a professor.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Buchbinder served as a judicial law clerk to Special Masters Mindy Michaels Roth and Lisa Hamilton-Fieldman at the United States Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Buchbinder currently serves as the Young Lawyer Liaison to the American Bar Association’s Health Law Membership Committee and as a volunteer for Girls on the Run, Bay Area. She recently served as the Secretary for the United States Court of Federal Claims Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
