Jane Adele Regina is an associate in the Commercial, Employment and Franchise Law practice groups. She served as a law clerk in both the Chancery and Appellate divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and is licensed in numerous jurisdictions (New Jersey, New York).
Jane handles litigation matters in both federal and state trial and appellate courts. Her representative clients include major corporations, franchisors, closely-held businesses, partnerships, and individuals in multiple jurisdictions. Applying a personal philosophy of precise attention to detail, Jane has litigated a wide range of legal disputes, including breach of contract matters, intellectual property lawsuits, and product liability actions. She has successfully obtained injunctive relief for trademark infringement, defended discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters, and won on appeal.
