Jason A. Landro is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Tort & Product Liability, and Appellate practice groups. Mr. Landro represents all types of corporations in commercial disputes, such as disputes relating to commercial contracts and insurance coverage. He also represents product manufacturers in product-liability matters. 
 
Mr. Landro has achieved successful outcomes for his clients at trial, arbitration, and by obtaining dismissals at the pleading and summary judgment phases.  Moreover, he frequently negotiates favorable settlements for his clients to avoid unnecessary litigation expenses or exposure. In the pre-litigation context, he works with his clients to minimize their potential liability and reduce their risk of future liability.
