Jason Zivkovic is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of GRSM. He concentrates his practice in the areas of dental malpractice, insurance defense, and professional malpractice, with a particular emphasis in medical malpractice.

Focusing on the defense of physicians and hospitals, Jason’s representation spans throughout Western Pennsylvania at all stages of litigation up through and including trial.

• Successful defense verdict as lead trial counsel in a claim against oral and maxillofacial surgeon regarding placement of dental implants.
• Successful defense verdict as lead trial counsel for police officers and physician of nationally recognized children’s hospital in Pennsylvania state court regarding claims of false imprisonment and excessive force.
• Defended personal care home in Pennsylvania state court for claims of wrongful death resulting in a defense verdict.
• Served as 2nd chair for claim against hospital nursing staff regarding placement and monitoring of IV lines resulting in defense verdict.
• Served as lead trial counsel for claim against hospital for personal injuries in non-jury trial resulting in defense verdict.
• Successful defense verdict as lead trial counsel in claim against periodontist regarding placement of dental implants.
• Successfully achieved nonsuit at close of plaintiffs’ case in claim against oral and maxillofacial surgeon regarding placement of dental implants.
