Jennifer Arnett-Roehrich is a Partner in GRSM’s Denver office, practicing in the Insurance and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

Ms. Arnett represents a range of companies, from multi-national insurance companies to small businesses, particularly those involved in the adventure industry. She delivers to her clients: litigation and pre-litigation representation, insurance coverage expertise, contract drafting, and general advice. A primary focus of Ms. Arnett’s practice is representing property & casualty insurance companies, by providing coverage opinions and advice, defending against bad faith suits, and pursuing declaratory judgments where appropriate. Ms. Arnett also provides real solutions for her small business clients, from drafting contracts, to advising how to resolve the myriad of everyday conflicts that can arise, to defending contract-based claims and personal injury suits.

Ms. Arnett joined Gordon & Rees after serving as the Chief Litigation Officer of a national property and casualty insurer for several years. She attended Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and she then clerked with the Honorable Louis H. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After her clerkship, Ms. Arnett practiced as a general commercial litigator in New York City.
