Ms. Suh represents insurers in litigation with corporate policyholders over coverage for financial fraud and professional and commercial liability issues, with an emphasis on financial institution bonds and errors and omissions policies.
Ms. Suh has also represented London insurers in litigation over coverage for large-scale claims of sex abuse against religious institutions. In addition, she has counseled insurers in connection with underlying claims of false arrest, malicious prosecution and related police misconduct claims against municipal or governmental policyholders.
Ms. Suh represents publicly traded corporations in complex commercial litigation over contract disputes and business torts, including as to liability for business interruptions, privacy breaches, and product liability. She has also defended an international electronics manufacturer in a multi-district antitrust action and secured judgments for corporate creditors and enforced post-judgment remedies.
