Joel Brodfuehrer is an Associate in the GRSM Irvine office. He is a member of the Maritime, Securities Litigation and Insurance practice groups.
Joel clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals and assisted with numerous decisions addressing civil, criminal, family, and juvenile law, and routinely presented cases in pre-trial conferences before three-judge panels. This experience afforded him the opportunity to analyze a variety of complex legal matters, fine-tune his writing skills, and develop close working relationships with judges.
Following his clerkship, Joel worked as a legal associate for one of the largest insurance defense firms in Phoenix. He developed and fine-tuned his writing and oral advocacy skills, including participating in mediations, depositions, and oral arguments.
