John P. Teresinski is Senior Counsel supporting the Orange County and Washington, DC offices of Gordon & Rees. He focuses his practice on technology and intellectual property, including IP portfolio management, utility and design patent procurement, non-infringement and invalidity analyses, post grant proceedings, patent enforcement, and defense.

Mr. Teresinski has extensive experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), having drafted and/or prosecuted hundreds of patent applications, developing and managing patent portfolios, and successfully handling post-grant proceedings. Mr. Teresinski also has significant experience with patent infringement and invalidity, licensing and litigation support.

Mr. Teresinski's technical background spans a wide array of subjects with an emphasis on electrical and electromechanical technologies. He frequently represents clients in computer and hardware industries including user experience, semiconductor, wireless communication, and display technologies.

Mr. Teresinski is a former a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. His professional experience also includes research and analysis in the area of broadband communication networks.
