Jolene Sproviero is an Associate in the New Jersey office of GRSM is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

During law school, Jolene interned with the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J. at the District of New Jersey and the National Labor Relations Board’s Compliance Unit in Washington, D.C. As an undergraduate, she also interned at the Department of Justice’s Community Relations Service in Washington, D.C. While at GW Law, she served as an Articles Editor on The Public Contract Law Journal. Upon graduation, Jolene was awarded the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jolene served as the law clerk to the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. in the Civil Division of Bergen County where she oversaw both the mass tort docket and civil docket.

• Fradys v. Rondeau, 21-CV=7891 (JGK) (S.D.N.Y. Nov. 10, 2022). 

• Obtained summary judgment in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, in a breach of contract lawsuit in which the firm’s client engaged in the purchase of products from a New York company, which accused the business of failing to pay plaintiff for more than $750,000 worth of purchases.
   
• Obtained a decision from the Southern District of New York granting dismissal of a lawsuit alleging that a firm client's (fitness center) mask requirement during the COVID-19 pandemic, as mandated by New York state, violated the U.S. Constitution and federal statutes prohibiting discrimination.
