Jose I. Leon is a Partner in the Employment Law, Professional Liability Defense, and Insurance practice groups.

He represents management clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including equal employment, breach of contract, harassment, wage-and-hour, leaves and benefits, non-competition, torts, and other claims. Jose regularly defends insurance brokers and agents in professional liability claims. He defends places of public accommodation in ADA Title III disputes involving both physical and virtual locations. He also represents insurers in coverage and bad faith matters. He handles administrative matters and all aspects of litigation from the pre-suit stage through appeal.
