Joseph Arnold is a partner in Gordon & Rees’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Arnold’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial contract disputes and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Arnold has substantial experience representing insurance companies in a wide range of complex first- and third-party insurance coverage disputes involving food contamination and product recall, long-tail toxic tort and environmental claims, large-scale construction defect claims, professional liability claims and advertising injury claims.

Mr. Arnold also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joel A. Pisano, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, for the 2004-2005 term.
