Justin T. Miklacki is an Associate in the Florham Park office of GRSM. He is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group and handles cases from inception to resolution, including factual investigation, discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and mediation/settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining GRSM, Justin worked at a prominent law firm in Passaic County working on civil and criminal matters and handling various real estate transactions. This experience afforded him the opportunity to analyze a variety of complex legal matters and fine-tune his writing and oral advocacy skills.
