Kaitlin M. Marsh-Blake is an associate in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the Construction practice group. Her construction practice involves representing contractors and professionals before state, federal, and tribal courts.  Ms. Marsh-Blake is experienced in defending clients against claims for construction defect, design defect, breach of contract, and other construction related disputes in court.
 
Ms. Marsh-Blake also has experience in handling product liability claims including those involving personal injury.  Ms. Marsh-Blake represents manufacturers and sellers against claims involving various household and commercial items. 
 
Ms. Marsh-Blake also has experience in cases involving employment disputes.  Her employment practice involves representing private-sector employers before state and federal administrative agencies and trial courts.  She has experience in defending clients against claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and other labor and employment disputes. 
 
She attended Washburn University School of Law where she graduated with Dean’s Honors. During law school, Ms. Marsh-Blake obtained certificates with distinction in the areas of international and government law. She was an editor for the Washburn Law Journal and was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team.
