Ms. Ritter is an associate attorney in the employment litigation practice group. She primarily practices in the defense of employers against claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and breach of contract as well as other employment related matters. Ms. Ritter also has experience defending employers against individual, class, and PAGA claims involving wage and hour issues.
